Drag & Drop Email Builder

You can now build Email Templates easily by using the Drag & Drop Builder!

Select from prebuilt templates or build your own from scratch by creating a layout, and drag and drop the desired elements and components.

Actions in Activity Builder

Immediately create an Action of your type by clicking the buttons

The Action view in an Activity has received a facelift, together with some useful improvements

• Select an Action immediately from the first view, where Actions are sorted based on usage

• Action Groups now only appear once you create an A/B Test

• Control Group and percentages for A/B Tests are now all appearing at the top, with a bar displaying the distribution

• You can now navigate through multiple Action Groups using a tab selector rather than having to scroll vertically

• An estimated count of players receiving each Action Group is now visible upon hovering over the bar

Other improvements:

• You can search within the Player Timeline and the Lifecycles view on the Player Profile

• Saving Email Templates with invalid or empty Content Blocks should no longer be possible

🐞‍Bug Fixes

• In some cases, Activities were not displaying in the Active Recurring Activities section of the Overview tab

• When manually removing players from Lifecycles, it wasn't possible to remove more than 100 players at a time

• It was not possible to create a Segment of players who have exited the Lifecycle

• In rare cases, Lifecycle events would not appear when creating a Lifecycle

• Fixed an issue on the Player Profile where the Movements tab would not load any data

• In some cases certain events would not show on the Player Profile Event Logs
