🧪 Test Your Activities Before Sending
We’ve added a new function to enable you to test your activities before you send them out to your customers. You can either Test All Actions with a click of a button or choose to test the individual actions and translations separately.
Create Multiple Test Users
Create test users using players from within your database in order to test any action groups, actions or translations.
We have added an all-new way of creating emails by allowing you to construct them using Content Blocks. This allows you to personalise your content, re-use content blocks and minimise the number of templates you need to create.
Conditions can be added to Content Blocks, and standard email templates, that allow you to create dynamic content based on segmentation. Creating a campaign email relevant to both slot and casino players? Perhaps you would like a conditional content block at the bottom of the email that conditionally targets them with appropriate game content? Then this tool is for you!
This is only the starting point for the new email templates and we would be delighted to get your feedback on additional enhancements. If you would like more detailed information please read below.
FT Templating Language
We are introducing a new templating language to enhance the way we currently create and render HTML templates. The language consists of a new set of tags that can be used in addition to the standard HTML tags within FT HTML templates. The new tags will be mainly used to render conditional content and have reusable blocks of HTML (See content blocks below).
FT Content Blocks
An FT Content Block is nothing more than a block of code that can contain HTML as well as <ft-condition> and <ft-content> tags.
This tag can be used to conditionally display certain blocks of code. This can be used to display different versions of an email to different segments of your audience from the same send-out.
This tag can be used to render a predefined block of code. This could be used for example to provide different email styling such as headers/footers based on the player’s profile.

View/Edit Lifecycle Entry Conditions
You can now see and edit the entry conditions (trigger and segment) from inside the Lifecycle Version from within Dev status.
In addition to the green blinking dot to show a running Lifecycle, we have now also added an orange blinking dot next to partially stopped Lifecycles from the Lifecycle overview.

Activity Send-out Warning Message
We've implemented a warning inside the FT CRM Activity panel to let you know if your activity firing conditions need to be adjusted in order to accommodate the selected segment size or the number of actions.
Improved Player Timeline
We have added a more detailed view of the Player timeline to display the Email Subject line, Bonus Code and Activity Name.
Sent, delivered and opened status now visible from the player timeline for SMS and Email.

You can now preview the conditions of a Smart Segment from the Activity and the QA portal.

We improved system performance by caching segment counts to avoid sending multiple segment count commands.
