✨ Micro-features and improvements

You can now set your local time zone in the back-office to be reflected throughout the system. To do this, go to Tools -> Localisation from the sidebar.

• All Standard Date and Time (SDT) Activities can be sent using your local time zone

• Display an additional clock in the side menu

• Display additional time zones in any tooltips

• Choose to display time in either a 24-hour or AM/PM format

Activities and Actions using Time Event Triggers & Segmentation Data is still based on the System Time (UTC+0).

Trigger Immediately to Online Players

Using our new Player Feature Player Online State, you can immediately trigger any Scheduled Actions to players already logged in on the site.

Players that are logged in will receive the Action immediately

Other

• Activities - When cloning an Activity, the Activity builder will now be unlocked by default

• Lifecycles - The events 'N Minutes After', 'N Hours After', 'N Days After', and 'At HH:mm on Day N' have now been merged into one single event called 'Time After Entry'.

• Data Studio - Column headers that are too long will now be truncated with ellipses (...), hovering on the column header will display the full name

• Data Studio - 'Count of Users' added in the in-depth Activity performance scope

• SMS provider integration - We are now integrated with SMS Portal

• Performance improvements - We have improved the speed significantly on a few endpoints which should result in a faster back-office and decrease potential loading times:

  • Method for loading Stats: approx. 2 times faster

  • Method for loading Segments: approx. 4 times faster

  • Method for loading Activities: approx. 9 times faster

• Staging environment design - The sidebar on staging is now black with a 'staging' tag on the top

🐞 Bug fixes

• Data Studio - Widgets with no data will not have the option to export to CSV or copy to the clipboard

• Data Studio - When editing a widget the correct grouping is now displayed

• Action Types - The pop-up displayed when saving changes made to an Action Type have been fit to the middle of the screen

• Communication Profiles - Segment Count is now visible upon entering the Communication Profile

• Triggers - Using the operator 'Between' when building a Trigger with timestamps should now work correctly

• Actions - There should no longer be an error related to missing fields when saving an Email Action
