Micro Features or improvements

• Sportsbook in Data Studio

  • The Casino Performance Data Scope has been extended to also include sportsbook-related measures. This is now called Player Performance.

  • The In-Depth Activity Performance Data Scope has been extended to include sportsbook measures for players targeted by activities

  • The actives and revenue measures in the Activity Performance (New) dashboard have been updated to also include sportsbook

• Lifecycles - The overview of Lifecycle Engagements now has a filter added

• Report a Problem - A new flow for reporting a problem or requesting support has been added

  • Categories and sub-categories now guide you into raising the relevant priority

  • File attachment is now supported

  • You can now minimise the request form to be able to gather relevant details

Bug fixes

• Fixed the Trigger Events table row height to be correct

• An incorrect font has been updated in the funnel charts in the Data Studio

• Cyrillic characters are now supported if used in dropdown menus in the trigger or segment builder
