Micro-features and improvements

Data Studio: Multiple URL Click Tracking

Tracking the performance of all links clicked in each email is now possible. A new table will be visible in the Email Conversion dashboard where you can see a breakdown of all links.

The new measures/dimensions added in the Activity Conversion Data Scope include:

  • Email URL Clicked (dimension) - Unique URL that a player has clicked

  • Emails Opened by Players (measure) - Emails opened by unique players

  • Emails Opened by Machines (measure) - Emails opened by e.g. bots/machines. This should help provide better accuracy on open rates for email campaigns.

  • Emails Clicked by Players (measure) - Links in emails clicked by unique players

This is currently only supported for Sendgrid (email provider).

Lifecycles - 'During' events will now take precedence over 'Exit' events.

What does this mean? If a Lifecycle is configured to process a Deposit Event both during the Lifecycle and as part of the Exit Conditions, the During Event will be prioritised and triggered before the exit.

Data Studio - Added 'Player Age' as a Dimension within the Data Studio.

Data Migration Portal - The Data Migration Portal now supports uploading files larger than the current 100 MB limit.

🐞 Bug fixes

  • Lifecycles - Renaming of Lifecycle versions now works as expected

  • Segments - It is now possible to sort the Segment page by Used by Comm Profile and Used by Activities

  • Segments - Segments with a space at the beginning or end of the name will now be trimmed

  • AI-Generated Images - Previewing images will now be displayed in full-screen

  • Activities - When translating an On-Site Notification the tooltip showing the timezone now displays the correct timezone

  • SMS Actions - When choosing Remove stop text from an SMS Action the Stop Text is no longer visible when previewing the activity
