Users & Permissions
The Users & Permissions page has received a fresh new look together with improvements
User Roles - Seven pre-defined User Roles now exist: System Administrator, CRM, Developer, Support, Data Analyst, Compliance, and Read Only. There is the possibility to create new or edit the existing User Roles.
Teams - Onboard users easily by setting up teams that will automatically provide your users with the right roles and permissions
Users - Create multiple users at once and directly assign them User Roles or Teams
Reset Password - It is now possible to reset the password for users not using Google Sign-in
Auto-Generated Images
Our new exciting feature, allows you to auto-generate images with AI using text prompts within the Media Picker. Images generated can be saved and used directly for your communications.
Create Segments from a Dashboard (Data Studio)
Segments can now be created directly from a Dashboard or Widget by clicking the 👥-icon. The players will automatically be assigned a unique tag that will include them in the Segment.
Other
Data Studio - Dashboards now have a fixed, unique URL even if the Widgets and the Dashboards are edited. This makes sharing Dashboards easier as the link will remain the same.
Segments - Archived Segments are now displaying a tooltip when viewed from the Activity List and it is now possible to restore them from the Activity itself.
Lifecycles - The tables when viewing players inside a Lifecycle (triggered/exited) are now sorted by most recent activity first.
Lifecycles - Clicking 'Total Triggers' on a Lifecycle Event now displays the breakdown of players per Activity.
Lifecycles - Goodbye to Purple! 👋 We have updated the Lifecycle builder colour to match the rest of the system. You will initially have the option to switch between the two colour schemes.
Search - You can now search for Lifecycle Versions.
🐞 Bug fixes
Activity Builder - When choosing a Collection in the Activity Builder, the loading animation will display correctly.
Segment Builder - The info description of a Segment should now be displayed under the input fields instead of on the right-hand side.
Activities - Pressing ESC when previewing a Segment in Activities now closes the Segment window, not the whole Activity.
Report a Problem - When adding a Technical Contact, clicking outside the box no longer duplicates the tag.
Projects - Archived Activities are no longer displayed in Projects.
Dashboards - Ended Activities no longer display an alert related to QA on the Activity Dashboard.
Action Type Management - When editing an Action Type Field, it's now possible to save even when the Default Text field is empty.
Player Timeline - Images with high resolutions, now display better on the Player timeline.
Activities - High-resolution images in the Activity builder are now rendered without breaking the UI.
