On this page, you’ll learn what information is available in the Rewards tab of each Player Profile and the different actions that can be performed from there.
🎁 What is the Rewards section?
The Rewards section within a Player Profile allows you to review the rewards assigned to a player, along with their level progression, available virtual currencies, and Rewards status.
It provides visibility into Bonuses, Wheel tokens, and Challenges, including those that are currently available, as well as those that have expired or already been claimed.
You will see the Rewards tab in the Player Profile only if Rewards is enabled and integrated in your CRM.
🗺 How to Navigate
To access the Rewards section:
Open a specific Player Profile.
Select the Rewards tab from the top navigation.
Once inside, you can switch between Bonuses, Wheels, and Challenges using the tabs in the upper-right corner, depending on the type of reward you want to review.
🧩 What You’ll Find in This Section
The Rewards section provides a mostly read-only view of a player’s rewards, making it easy to review what’s available and what’s already been used or expired, while giving you a clearer picture of their overall journey.
Depending on the selected tab, you’ll find:
🎯 Rewards Status
At the top of the section, you’ll find the player’s Rewards Status, which indicates whether the Rewards system is currently active or inactive for that player.
This helps you quickly understand if the player is able to interact with Rewards.
You’ll also see:
Player Origin
Communication Profile
📈 Level & Progression
This area shows the player’s level system and progression, if configured.
It allows you to track how the player advances through levels based on your loyalty or progression setup.
💰 Virtual Currencies
The Virtual Currencies section displays any virtual currencies assigned to the player, along with their current balances.
This gives you immediate visibility into:
Which virtual currencies the player has
The current amount available for each one
🎉 Bonuses, Wheels and Challenges
Each tab shows a list of bonuses, challenges, or Wheel tokens assigned to the player, including:
Name – The name of the bonus, challenge, or Wheel
Created – When it was granted
Expires – The expiration status
You can view both active rewards and those that have expired or already been claimed.
🛠 Actions Available
While the Rewards section focuses primarily on tracking and visibility, it also allows you to perform some actions related to player rewards.
Currently, you can:
Expire active bonuses
Expire bonuses individually or in bulk, depending on your needs
This allows you to quickly remove bonuses that should no longer be available to the player without leaving the Rewards tab.
