How does it work?

🗣️ Natural Language and Fast Track AI

Natural language means plain, everyday language — in English or your preferred language. No SQL, no special syntax. In Fast Track AI, you simply say what you want in your own words. The system understands your intent, runs the query, and returns the right data — as simple as that.

In the top-right, select the speech bubble to open the side panel. From here, you can search or select past prompts, see scheduled reports, and start a new chat.

📌 Delete and Pin Chats

You can also manage past conversations from the Chat History menu. Open your chat history, then pin the chats you want to keep at the top for quick access, or delete chats you no longer need.

📊 Deep Data Analysis — beyond standard reporting

Ask Fast Track AI anything data-related in plain language and get a clear, multi-angle answer in minutes. It doesn’t just surface a number — it helps you find patterns, explain changes, and spot anomalies you can act on.

What you get

  • Drivers and Explanations — e.g., how NGR or ARPU changed this month, and why.

  • Anomaly Detection — e.g., outliers by brand, market, provider, or segment.

  • Cohorts and Clusters — behavioural groupings you can save and use as Segments.

📥 Schedule Sendouts

Would you like a monthly or weekly report to send straight to you and your colleagues' email inboxes? With your own words, simply instruct Fast Track AI accordingly!

We recommend that you prompt your way to a report/data that's of interest, then instruct to have it sent based on your requirements.

Example: "Please send this report every Monday at 09:00 Europe/Malta time to person1@email.com and person2@email.com."

⏸️ Stopping a Scheduled Report

You can easily pause a scheduled report. Navigate to the right-side panel by clicking on the speech-bubble icon in the top-right, select the scheduled report you want to stop, and then hit the pause button:

🎟️ Tokens

To use Fast Track AI, you need tokens. During the initial release, we'll provide you with a set amount to try out the new feature and its current capabilities. In the future, you’ll have the option to purchase additional tokens to keep using this feature.

The available tokens are shared across your workspace (you and your colleagues).

Each prompt spends tokens based on the work required to generate the response, and you’ll see how many tokens were used under each one.

What is a token?

Think of tokens as units of effort the AI spends to understand your request and produce the response. Tokens cover both what you ask (the request) and what we generate (the response), such as analysis, tables, charts, and attachments.

If a human would need more time and resources to do the same job, it will typically use more tokens here too.

Why some requests use more tokens (and that's OK)

Higher token use usually means the AI is doing more analysis and packaging. Things that increase token usage include:

  • Wider date ranges or multiple brands/markets

  • More metrics and breakdowns, driver analysis, anomaly checks

  • Charts/visualisations and richer formatting

  • Follow-ups that refine or expand the original scope

This often mirrors hours of human work (researching, querying, calculating, writing, charting) compressed into minutes.

👤 User Access

Like with most features within Fast Track CRM, Fast Track AI will be limited to being accessed only by the users who have the right access. This can be managed on a user level from the 'Users & Permissions' section.

📥 Approved Recipients (whitelist)

To email or text reports, the email addresses and numbers must be on your organisation’s Approved Recipients list (managed by your admin), which can be found under Settings > AI Settings > Configuration Tab.

🔌 Data Requirements

There are no specific data requirements needed to use Fast Track AI, however, the insights are based on your actual live player data. So, the better the integration and accurate your data is, the more and better insights it can give you.

Prompt Tips & Examples

⏩ Keep usage efficient (without losing value)

To use your tokens efficiently, follow these tips when creating prompts:

  • Be specific: metric + breakdown + period (e.g., “NGR by market, last 7 days”).

  • Limit outputs you don’t need (e.g., “table only”).

  • Tighten ranges where possible (e.g., 30 days vs 180 days if you only need recent trend).

  • Summarise long inputs: pre-trimming raw data or transcripts saves tokens while preserving meaning.

  • Start a new chat when you change topic (shorter context can use fewer tokens).

Examples:

  1. Channel deliverability: "Please review deliverability over the past 6 months for Email and SMS. Include a monthly trends chart and a table of accurate figures and stats, and finish with actionable suggestions and recommendations."

  2. Cross-sell: "Looking at sportsbook-only players who made their first casino bet in the last 90 days, which casino game did they play first? Only include organically played games. Return a ranked table (top 10 titles) with unique player count and % share."
