In the System Dashboards, you'll find Fast Track's pre-built selection of Dashboards.
You'll find great use of them, just as they are, and also have them as inspiration for creating your own personal and/or Brand Dashboards.
In the below tabs, you'll find all Fast Track Dashboard Groups and Dashboards currently available.
Email Deliverability: Quick look at activity deliverability by email, split by year and month, provider, and email domain.
SMS Deliverability: Quick look at activity deliverability by SMS, split by country.
Active players: Provides insights on the engagement of players with your brand, with KPIs such as: Total Players, Engaged, Inactive, Average Deposit per Player and User Distribution by State of Engagement.
Lifestage - Short-term trends: Quick look at the most crucial insights obtained from the singularity model. In other words, this dashboard gives you insights into the health of a brand.
Conversion Trends: Brand onboarding performance. Contains data on new players' conversion from registration to DC1, DC2, etc.
Games and Provider Performance: Provides insights on active players and other KPIs, split by casino games and vendors.
Daily Activity Trends: Provides insights on the main KPIs; GGR, NGR, deposits, etc. split daily.
Monthly Activity Trends: Provides insights on the main KPIs; GGR, NGR, deposits, etc. split by year and month.
Top Winners and Losers (Yesterday): Provides insights, on a customer level, on customers that have won the most and those that have lost the most, in their lifetime, in the previous day.
Top Winners and Losers (Lifetime): Provides insights, on a customer level, on customers that have won the most and those that have lost the most, in their lifetime.
Monthly Growth Report (Casino): Provides insights on the core KPIs of any brand. This dashboard captures the overall performance of a brand.
Current Player Distribution: Provides insights on how players are distributed in each player feature of the Singularity Model.
Last 500 Movements This Week: Provides a log of the previous 500 movements on a customer level.
Note that the 'System Dashboards' is a read-only section, as you can't build or edit any Dashboards found here. You can, however, copy any of the Dashboards into your Private or Brand Dashboard section. From there you can make any edits to the newly copied version.
