Below we have listed a few examples of the most commonly used Triggers in FT CRM and how to set them up.

The Name should preferably be a short summary of what the Trigger does as when you navigate and search for an already existing trigger you will find it through the given name.

To create a trigger that fires every 30 minutes please replicate the below:

To create a trigger that fires at 12:00 UTC please replicate the below:

🧠Note: When adding a time trigger to an activity, it is important to remember to add Minutes as well as Hours to the trigger.

In the example above👆, if we did not add minutes = 00 the activity would fire every minute in the hour of 12.
