✨ Micro-features and improvements

Extended Segmentation Tool

Selecting any Segment Fields is now possible when exporting data using the segmentation tool.

• Clicking the Download CSV button reveals a dropdown menu with all the Segment Fields.

• Searching for specific fields as well as bulk (de)selection from the list is now possible.

• On top of the panel, users have the current set of default fields plus any others that have been configured.

• Exporting data now opens the browser window, so users can save the generated file now.

SMS Activity Preview

A new preview screen toggle to show how the SMS message looks on a mobile device.

QA Portal messages for SMS action

• When an activity with SMS Action opens on the QA Portal the following is shown:

• When SMS Actions from the action group have an approximated SMS count (it has the "i" icon or the warning icon) additional checkboxes are shown with the following messages:

• Added highlight and warning messages on SMS action. Here are some more in-depth explanations:

  • Warning and info messages:

    • With content containing a dynamic field or an SMS footer, a warning icon is shown.

    • With a special characters (GSM escaped) or emojis, an info icon is shown.

    • Hovering over the icon should render the respective message

• Highlight toggle for all:

  • Switching the toggle on should highlight emojis, special characters, dynamic text fields, and default SMS footer.

  • GSM-escaped characters are not highlighted; if the encoding system is not GSM because you use a non-Latin character or an emoji).

  • Special characters with more than one space between them e.g.: if the text is "😍 ❤️" are shown as one and merged with only one space.

Data Studio

• Churn Dashboard Measures:

  • Count of active players (count of players whose players Lifestage was active in the timeframe)

  • Count of churns (count of players whose player state MOVED into Lifestage inactive in the time period)

  • Churn rate (Count of churns/Count of active players)

• Dashboard Update:

When clicking the plus button to create a widget from scratch, the dashboard automatically saves the changes.

Lifecycles - Expanded Copy Functionality in Lifecycles

During Events

Right-clicking on an event panel displays the context menu, or click the three dots in the top-right corner of the panel to be shown with the following options:

• Clone Event: Duplicates the entire event panel, including its trigger and structure.

• Copy Structure: Copies the structure of the event to the clipboard. The user can then paste the structure onto another event.

• Delete: Deletes the entire event.

Exit Events

Hovering over the event panel shows a tooltip with Clone and Delete options. The Clone icon causes the event panel to be duplicated below the Exit event panel. The Delete icon causes the event panel to be removed.

Define Activities

When the user right-clicks on a Lifecycle activity card, a context menu appears.

The context menu includes the following options:

• Copy Actions

• Paste Actions

• Clear Actions

Copy Actions Functionality:

• Upon selecting the Copy Action Groups option, the action groups associated with that particular activity card are copied.

• An alert is shown to inform the user that the action groups have been successfully copied.

Paste Actions Functionality:

• When the user right-clicks on a different Lifecycle Activity card, a similar context menu appears with the option to Paste Action Groups (only if an action group was previously copied).

• Upon selecting Paste Action Groups, the copied action groups are applied to the selected card.

• The pasted action groups should be identical to the copied ones, including all associated properties.

Clear Actions Option:

• The context menu also provides an option to Clear Actions, which removes all current actions associated with that Activity.

Activity Conversion Toggle Change

The 'Activity Conversion Toggle' is now positioned in the Optional Settings area at the bottom of the Activity setup.

🐞 Bug fixes

General

• Translated text in communication profiles now shows properly when adding a new action.

Data Studio

• UTC Label now shows in the data studio calendar for partners with different timezones.

Lifecycles

• Tooltip for Exit Conditions included in the Define Structure section.

• Trigger Types are now visible from the entry conditions and segment previews.

Emails

• The Save button is now enabled after opening an email action that has a variable in placeholders.

• Segment fields and placeholder values are shown correctly and immediately loaded.

SMS

• When using an RTL language such as Hebrew or Arabic it is now displayed correctly in our text fields and is aligned to the right.

Sensitive Data

• Sensitive Data hidden for non-pertinent users is improved. The following areas reflect said changes:

  • Player profile

  • Players in segment

  • Test players

  • Test Action Panel

For all the mentioned pages a warning message is shown; “Email, last name and phone number are hidden due to sensitive data access restriction.”
