# Media Library **For easy access** to any files that you might need within FT CRM, you can simply upload them into the Media Library where they will **remain stored** for you. There is a folder system available so you can easily keep your files organised and a search function so you can easily find any specific files you're looking for. To access the Media Library, in the menu, **navigate to CRM,** and under **Resources** you can find Media Library.

### 🗂️ How to create folders All files within the Media Library are organised using folders. To create a new folder, click **Create Folder** on the left menu.

You can also easily **add a subfolder** by right-clicking an existing folder:

## :card\_box: How to upload files **Any file type** can be uploaded to the Media Library. To upload a new file you can either, drag and drop a file, right-click an existing folder, or select a folder and click on the **Upload Files** button:

## :put\_litter\_in\_its\_place: How to delete files and folders If you wish to **delete a folder** from the Media Library you can right-click on the folder and click delete.

To **delete a file** from the Media Library you can either right-click it and select delete, or select the image and click on the trash can icon, that will appear at the bottom of the image details:

{% hint style="info" %} **🗂️ Deleting multiple files** To delete multiple files at once, follow these steps: 1. Hold down the SHIFT key on your keyboard. 2. Click each file you want to delete. 3. Click the Delete

button. {% endhint %} ### 🗑️ Trash bin As a safety precaution, files and folders that have been deleted are automatically moved into the trash bin in the Media Library. Any deleted files or folders will remain there until permanently deleted. {% hint style="success" %} :warning: **Note:** Files and folders deleted from the trash bin will be removed permanently. {% endhint %} ## :frame\_photo: Media Library in Actions The Media Library can also be found from inside an Action.

## How to Auto-Generate images using AI In the Media Library within your Action, you can also click the **Auto-Generate** button to generate images using AI technology. You can add custom instructions in the text field, and change the image style (**Natural/Vivid**) and size (**Square/Portrait/Banner**) using the buttons at the bottom.

If you are not satisfied with the image generated, you can try new instructions, or you can click on the

button to get another version of the image with the same instructions. **Note:** the result of the AI autogenerated image solely depends on the prompt you are providing to the system. If you want to change the style of the image being generated, make sure to include that in the prompt.\ \ For example, if the image looks too playful and you want to convey a more serious note, try adding prompts like these:

Once you're happy with the image generated, click on

to add the image to your action, it will also be saved for later use under the **ai\_generated\_images** folder.
