# 1:1 Experiences In Action

1:1 Experiences allows us to use certain Player Features to make our player engagement smarter. **Rather than sending an Activity at 09:00 UTC, use 1:1 Experiences to send the Activity at the preferred/most optimal time for each player in the segment.**

### ⚙️ Feature Types

There are two Feature Types inside the Singularity Model, that when connected to a Player Feature, can be utilised inside an Activity or Lifecycle.

The Feature Types that can be connected to Player Features and then be used inside your player engagement are:

* **Time of Day**
* **Outbound Channel**

{% hint style="info" %}
💡 Any Player Features that are created and connected to the above Feature Types 👆 will be found inside Activities and Lifecycles when 1:1 Experiences are switched on.
{% endhint %}

### ⛹️‍♀️ Player Features

In the Singularity Model, we have two Player Features that make use of the **Time of Day** and **Outbound Channel** Feature Types. They are:

* [**Optimal Time of the Day** ](https://fast-track.gitbook.io/knowledge-base/~/revisions/aNUpux3obVYekyrny3V7/the-singularity-model/player-features/player-feature-optimal-time-of-the-day)(Feature Type: Time of Day)
* [**Most Cost-Efficient Outbound Channel** ](https://www.fasttrack-solutions.com/en/resources/knowledge-base/the-singularity-model/player-features/player-feature-most-cost-efficient-outbound-channel)(Feature Type: Outbound Channel)

Therefore, you can find both of these Player Feature options when the 1:1 Experiences are switched on inside an Activity or Lifecycle.

{% hint style="info" %}
🧠 **Create your own Player Features**

We encourage you to create your own Player Features, set up to your liking.

If the connecting feature type is **Time of Day** or **Outbound Channel** and the classes have been properly defined, then you will also find these options available to you to use inside your player engagement, when 1:1 Experiences has been switched on.
